a moment to reflect on the experience of crossing over a bridge. There is a certain feeling of being in-between two places, feeling the
space underneath us and the sense of being neither here nor there. This place of transition and transformation allows us to reconnect with ourselves and prepare for the
changes ahead.
Bridge to Birth is rooted in my desire to serve as a bridge supporting families with ancient knowledge of birth within a modern birth culture. I believe that each woman holds the knowledge of birth within her bones and belly, and as a mentor and doula I support you to reconnect with this inner knowing. My role in classes and at births is to offer a space in which you can draw from your own inner resources to enter the unknown of pregnancy and birth with confidence.
